I have been doing a practice of writing my current status of life on a piece of paper and hide it inside a book.After few days or probably months later I read that piece of paper and realise the difference in my life.For example few months before I wrote about my unsatisfactory grades,after about 3-4 months later i got good grades and it felt good about it.
This practice really helped me to analyse my life.It was like to find my elementary notebook after years(but with better handwriting).
You can try this its kind of fun, its like a Time Travel.
